A small family owned resort in a quiet village professionally managed by a dedicated team providing reasonably priced meals with a Mauritian theme is all you need for a relaxing break from colder climates. The restaurant was busy when we visited one Sunday evening which meant a somewhat slower service than usual but this hardly influenced our decision to return with a much larger Group for lunch the following week. The bucolic setting adds much to viewing sunsets to the sounds of bird songs.

It was one of our best holiday ever, if not the best. In this, the hotel and the entire stuff of the hotel helped a lot. The hotel is a little paradise (like the island), beautiful garden, chirping of birds, polite, receptive and proactive stuff and you get 5 star + service.
The breakfast is more than sufficient that you can order into your room if you wish, and they are sincerely enthusiastic to give their best, and you leave the hotel and the island with the best experience.
The small kitchen + fridge in the hotel room is a big advantage, if you like to eat sometimes own made food. The food shop is very close, walking distance.
All in all, we would choose Voile Bleue again. Thank you!!!
very nice place in the north of the island, located on the beach - however you have to walk 100-200m to the right to come to a swimming beach at La Veranda Hotel.
food is very good here, reasonably price, wine selection also. people absolutely lovely and nice all da
